1. What influenced you to have a pool built?

There were a few main influences. I grew up around pools in my childhood. I also wanted to choose a pool in place of a vacation home. Essentially, we wanted to turn our family’s backyard into a “vacation home” of our very own.

2. What activities does your pool allow you to do?

We spend more time entertaining friends and family and our pool requires minimal maintenance attention.

3. Why did you choose SSG?

SSG was highly recommended and we had seen their work prior to deciding that we wanted a pool.

4. How was the design process?

Excellent. Our pool’s designer, Rich, was always on top of any issues and was highly responsive to all of my needs and questions.

5. What was your experience with the employees while building the pool?

Very good. All SSG employees were always willing to explain the pool building and maintenance processes. They were also very friendly to our family.

6. What was your experience with our supervisors and coordinators? 

Also, very good. SSG’s supervisors and coordinators explained the more “technical” features and building process surrounding the pool. I always felt comfortable that they were keeping me “in the loop” of the project.

7. What advice would you give to someone considering a pool for their home?

First, determine what you want, in terms of features and benefits. Then, during the construction, always communicate any issues. SSG is very responsive and accommodating.
